Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your account and data for apps made by Cairn Ventures LLC: amblewith, Roamline, and amblespend.

How to request deletion

Email hello@cairn-ventures.com with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address on your account and say which app it is for.

If you can no longer reach the email address on your account, say so in your message and we will verify your identity another way.

What we delete

Your account and the data the app stores: saved trips and plans, receipts, emails you forwarded to the app, and route history if you turned it on.

What we never had

Photos stay on your device and are never uploaded, so there is nothing to delete.

What we may keep

For amblewith subscriptions paid through Stripe, we keep billing records (your name, email address, purchase dates, amounts, and invoices) for 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. We never store card numbers; Stripe holds payment details under its own privacy policy.

Roamline and amblespend are purchased through the App Store and Google Play, so we hold no payment records for them.

How long it takes

We complete each request within 30 days and email you to confirm when it is done.
